A method for reselecting a cell performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system and a terminal using the method are provided. The method comprises: receiving system information indicating a plurality of frequencies; and measuring at least one frequency based on the priority of the plurality of frequencies, wherein the terminal assumes a first frequency as having the highest priority, when the terminal attempts device-to-device (D2D) operation from the first frequency from among the plurality of frequencies, and the D2D operation can be performed only when camped on the first frequency. |
