The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus and a lighting system having the same. The lighting apparatus includes: a case member provided at an upper part thereof with a plurality of mount planar surfaces formed in a polygon, and opened at a lower part thereof; a photovoltaic cell module provided on the mount planar surfaces of the case member; a condensing unit mounted inside the case member for storing electricity generated from the photovoltaic cell module; and a lighting cover including a plurality of LED bulbs generating light by using the electricity stored in the condensing unit. According to the present invention, configuration is simple, bright light radiates on a periphery for a long time by increasing an amount of electricity generated by solar light, installation is simple, and a position adjustment of the photovoltaic cell module is simple. |
