According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for controlling air conditioning of a toilet comprises: an air conditioner discharging indoor air of a toilet to the outside; an air conditioner controller controlling a revolution speed of the air conditioner based on a control signal of the air conditioner; a temperature sensor outputting a temperature value by detecting a temperature of indoor air of the toilet; a humidity sensor outputting a humidity value by detecting a humidity of indoor air of the toilet; an odor sensor outputting an odor value by detecting an odor of indoor air of the toilet; and a control unit calculating an index for indoor air conditioning of the toilet based on the temperature value, the humidity value, and the odor value and outputting an air conditioner control signal depending on the index for indoor air conditioning of the toilet.
