The present invention relates to an attachment element (5) to be inserted in a bore (4) with two compensating elements (6, 7) inserted one in the other with eccentric bores, wherein the attachment element (5) is designed for load transmission on a lower surface of the bore hole (4) and for positioning the longitudinal axis of a fixing element (3) inside the through bore (4). Said element is characterized in that it is made with a smaller radial dimension relative to at least an outlet of the bore (4) in the outer surface of the plate (1) to form a slot (11) and can be fixed in said bore (4) with a sealing agent (15) filling said slot (11). Both compensating elements (6, 7) are provided with channels (212), which are at least tangent to a contraction joint between the both compensating elements and which can be filled with sealing material (15) after inserting these compensating elements into the plate bore (4) and can be fixed relative to each other by hardening the sealing material after applying thereof into the channels (212). The invention further relates to a plate comprising the above-indicated attachment element, a plate assembly and method of attaching the above-mentioned attachment element within a through and blind bore of the plate.
