摘要 According to an embodiment of the present invention, an energy harvester collecting energy from a piezoelectric element comprises a bias flip rectifier, a charge and discharge conversion part and a first control part. The bias flip rectifier converts alternating current generated from a piezoelectric element switch into direct current by a pressing operation to the piezoelectric element switch. The charge and discharge conversion part includes a plurality of capacities storing output voltage of the bias flip rectifier and converts the connection states of the capacitors into states in series or states in parallel to control a charge mode and discharge mode of energy. The first control part outputs a first control signal and a second control signal. The first control signal activates a bias flip mode of the bias flip rectifier based on voltage output from the charge and discharge conversion part. The second control signal controls a charge mode and discharge mode of the charge and discharge conversion part. According to the present invention, efficiency in transferring solitary energy generated from the piezoelectric element switch to an output end can be improved.
