[Class 132 (i)] A physical training apparatus comprises a flywheel 20 driven by chain drives 5a and 5b operated by cranks 1a and 2a which carry a pair of foot platforms 11. The platforms are provided with foot securing means 14 and 15 as on a ski. The means 15 are mounted on steel blades 51 to allow of vertical movement of the heel relative to the platform. The frame comprises end bars 41 and longitudinal bars 40 and carries pulleys 56 carrying a rubber cord 58 which is connected to a handle to allow the combination of a chest expander with the apparatus. |
