PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out signal energy from a transducer by maximizing it.SOLUTION: A sensor interface circuit comprises an impedance converter 10 and a mode conversion amplifier 20. The impedance converter 10 comprises a capacitor 11, four switches 12A-12D, a frequency variable reference clock generator 13, and a switch control circuit 14 for controlling on and off of the four switches 12A-12D, and adjusts a frequency of a reference clock signal outputted by the reference clock generator 13. This allows an output impedance of a transducer and an input impedance of the mode conversion amplifier 20 to be matched. |
