PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge transfer circuit which can equalize the voltage of a plurality of power storage elements connected in series with low loss, without complicating the circuitry and without increasing the size.SOLUTION: The charge transfer circuit includes a series circuit of n power storage elements C1-Cn, a transformer having a core and (n+1) windings L1 through Ln+1, and n switch elements S1-Sn. Each series circuit connecting each winding L1-Ln and each switch element S1-Sn in series is connected in parallel with each power storage element C1-Cn, and a control circuit which turns n diodes D1-Dn for applying a voltage generated in each winding L2-Ln+1 to each power storage element C1-Cn, or the switch elements S1-Sn on/off selectively and repeatedly is provided. |
