PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proportional actuator valve that can properly maintain and adjust a position of an actuator.SOLUTION: The proportional actuator valve 110 includes: a valve housing 112 having at least two chambers 324, 325; a valve slider 113 movable in the housing; one or more inner cavities 327, 328 formed in the valve slider; and one or more grooves 329 in air-communication with at least two chambers 324, 325 of the valve housing and the one or more inner cavities 327, 328, so as to become narrower and shallower with an increase in a distance from one of the inner cavities 327, 328. |
