PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate with a cured product having a low photoelastic coefficient, capable of being manufactured without using an adhesive or the like and making a thickness of a polarizer protective film less than 40 μm.SOLUTION: A polarizing plate is made by directly forming, as a protective film, a film-shaped or sheet-shaped cured product of an active energy ray-curable composition on at least one side surface of a polarizer formed from a polyvinyl alcohol resin. A photoelastic coefficient of the cured product at 23°C is 15×10Paor less. |
