PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference at a receiving device caused by a fact that a device belonging to an adjacent BSS cannot receive a CTS signal because there is a case that the CTS signal does not reach the device belonging to the adjacent BSS depending on the position of a device transmitting the CTS signal when the device different from the receiving device transmits the CTS signal.SOLUTION: A transmission device according to the invention is a transmission device transmitting data to a receiving device by use of a first channel, detects another device different from the receiving device detecting a network communicating by use of a second channel different from the first channel, instructs the detected other device to transmit a signal to restrain data transmission by use of the second channel, and after the instruction, transmits data to the receiving device by use of the first channel. |
