The system and method according to the invention allow mobile operators to provide the service for diverting incoming calls through the internet (12), using VoIP protocol, to their mobile phones. The procedure provides two variants. According to the first, the client application (7b) dynamically activates unconditional divert of incoming calls addressed to the number (20b) to voice resource (3) number (4) of application server (1) whenever criteria for service are met. Server side application (2) manages creating incoming calls through the Internet (12) and via access point (13) to the application (7b). According to another variant, when the incoming call to number (20b) reaches the switchboard (10b), the switchboard forwards the IN activator towards the application (2), after which the application (2) checks whether criteria for service are met. If they are met, the application (2) responds with IN command to forward the call to voice resource (3) number (4). Otherwise, the application (2) responds with IN continue command, and the call is forwarded as usual. |
