Disclosed is an electronic part which includes four inductors with a wiring shape; and a wall which surrounds gaps between the four inductors and the circumference of the four inductors. The wiring shape of each of the four inductors is an octagon where the four edges of a rectangle are cut. According to the electronic part, an inductor is manufactured with a semiconductor chip. the size of the inductor can be reduced. Also, the test of a semiconductor device can be optimized by manufacturing inductors on a substrate.
