The purpose of the present invention is to provide a power merging uninterruptible power supply apparatus which is capable of connecting a commercial power to an inverter power in parallel and stably supplying power required for a load. The power merging uninterruptible power supply apparatus comprises: an input unit which is connected to commercial power; a commercial power supply unit which is connected to the input unit and receives power from the commercial power; an inverter power supply unit which is connected to the input unit in parallel to the commercial power supply unit and includes a battery module charged by power supplied from the commercial power; a merging output unit which is connected to the commercial power supply unit and the inverter power supply unit, receives power, and outputs the power to a load; and a control unit which controls the commercial power supply unit, the inverter power supply unit, and the merging output unit. |
