PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately maintain operation of each of a plurality of power generating devices if load cut-off causing a sharp and substantial reduction in power consumption occurs in an emergency power generating system.SOLUTION: A first power generating device 20 comprises difference signal output means F that executes power generation voltage control to adjust power generation output so that output voltage will be maintained at a reference voltage, and outputs a power generation output difference signal S4 corresponding to the difference between an actual power generation output P2 and a setting power generation output of the first power generating device 20. Power generation output control means C comprises a limiter 17 that controls power generation output P3 of the second power generating device 30 so that the power generation output difference signal S4 output from the difference signal output means F will be constant, and limits the power generation output difference signal S4 to at or above a setting lower limit value, in power generation output upon power outage control in which power generation output control means C executes starting processing upon power outage to start a plurality of power generating devices B, and then controls power generation output P3 of the second power generating device 30 so that actual power generation output P2 of the first power generating device 20 will be a setting power generation output. |
