FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: dowel for fixation of heat insulation boards, comprising a spacer element and a fastening element in the form of a rod with a longitudinal hole, made of a polymer material and comprising a head zone with a pressing disc, in the central part of which there is a flap cover, connected with the press disc by a flexible element and capable of closing the input cross section of the longitudinal hole in its closed position, the remote and spacer zone, at the same time the fastening element is made within a single process operation. The cover is distant from the surface of the press disc at the distance and does not contact with its surfaces to a pressing disc, and the axis stretching via the centre of the cover is parallel to the central axis stretching via the longitudinal hole of the fastening element, at the same time in the pressing disc there is no hole set by cover parameters.EFFECT: higher strength of a press disc, increased time of dowel operation, with appropriate increase of applied coating operation times.13 cl, 6 dwg |
