A hinge device for a vehicle is disclosed. According to the present invention, the hinge device for a vehicle comprises: a rotation support unit coupled to an object; a fixed support unit fixated to a vehicle body and connected to a rotational shaft penetrating the rotation support unit to support the rotation support unit to be rotated; a rotation gear unit rotated with the rotational shaft together; and a locking unit installed to be rotated in the fixed support unit and locked by the rotation gear unit to maintain an opened state of the rotation support unit. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the hinge device for a vehicle, rotatably connecting a hood of a vehicle to the vehicle body. |
