PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic container that excels in a gas barrier feature suitable as a cosmetic container and a refill container thereof.SOLUTION: The cosmetic container includes: a container body which has separate components comprising a side wall part and a bottom part joined together and which has an upper opening; and a lid body which closes the container body. The side wall part and the bottom part have a laminated structure each in which a synthetic resin layer and an oxygen barrier layer are laminated. The side wall part is a cylindrical body like a circular cylinder or a square cylinder, and the cylindrical body has a bent joined part in the vertical direction orthogonal with the circumference. The bottom part has a rising part whose periphery is formed upright by drawing, with the rising part joined to the inside of at least a part of the whole circumference of the side wall part to form the container body. In the upper opening, there is a rim part having any one structure of the three kinds of specific structures. The rim part is covered with a covering seal part which is composed of a laminated film having the oxygen barrier layer and the synthetic resin layer, and covered by the lid body . |
