The device for tightening or loosening threaded fasteners is described, which comprises a first and second socket parts for accommodation of a first and second fasteners; a first and second pneumatic or hydraulic tools for rotating said socket parts and tightening or loosening the fasteners accommodated in the socket parts. The tools for rotating of the socket parts are joined together, and their joint comprises two force-transmitting elements for transmission of a reactive force, the first force-transmitting element being connected to the first tool so as to be rotatable about the axis of the first tool rotating force; and the second force-transmitting element being connected to the first force-transmitting element so as to be rotatable around the axis of the second tool rotating force, and is rotatable around, or extensible/rectractable along at least a distal portion of the first force-transmitting element.
