摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing abalone vinegar sauce by boiling down soy sauce, black taffy and plum extract with meat juice made by using vegetables and chickens. Provided is abalone vinegar sauce wherein the content of sodium has been lowered compared with general market soy sauce by using soy sauce, black taffy and plum extract, and the content of sugar has been lowered by using plum extract and black taffy instead of containing sugar in the sauce, thereby contributing to the improvement of public health. Also, abalone vinegar sauce of black taffy can be manufactured and used easily in homes or group food services and restaurants by providing a manufacturing method simplified compared with a manufacturing method using conventional soy sauce.
