Disclosed is a field emission X-ray source device, which enhances bonding reliability between a vacuum container made of ceramic and a metal electrode. The field emission X-ray source device according to the present invention, having a tube type vacuum container and the metal electrode bonded to the vacuum container, comprises: an electrode body; a bonding band part arranged on an extended line of the vacuum container to be spaced at a predetermined gap from a circumference of the electrode body, having thickness less than the vacuum container and having one end bonded to a terminating end of the vacuum container; and an intermediate connection unit connecting the electrode body to the bonding band part.
