PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulation material and a refrigerator which are improved in thermal insulation performance.SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulation material 50 including a core material 51 being a fiber assembly and a sheath 53 covering the core material 51 and having gas barrier properties, is characterized in that a compression strength (mm/(kg/m)), which is a value calculated by dividing a thickness (mm) of the fiber assembly under a predetermined load by a weight per 1 m(kg/m) of the fiber assembly, is 23 or more. |
