PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser including valves capable of being efficiently changed over between a supply state and a discharge state without hardening a liquid resin.SOLUTION: This dispenser 1 includes: a cylinder 2 storing and discharging a solution; an expansion/contraction means 10 expanding/contracting the cylinder 2; a supply valve 20; and a discharge valve 30. The supply valve 20 and the discharge valve 30 are connected by a connection plate 7 to be connected to the bellows-structure cylinder 2 storing and discharging the solution, a supply hole 5 formed in a side wall 21b of a supply inside pipe 21 and a discharge hole 6 formed in a side wall 31b of a discharge inside pipe 31 are present in directions opposite to each other, a supply valve plate 23 and a discharge valve plate 33 are connected to an interlocking means 40 simultaneously interlocking them to be able to efficiently change over the supply valve 20 and the discharge valve 30 between the supply state and the discharge state, the solution is not hardened, and solution dripping is not generated. |
