PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce an operation amount of the displacement of a probe than the conventional one.SOLUTION: A diagnostic ultrasound imaging system is configured to use ultrasonic reception beams, which are formed by a transmission/reception part 2 in directions intersecting with each other in a predetermined period of time tand obtained so as to include a target tissue in a subject, and ultrasonic reception beams, which are formed in directions intersecting with each other in a period of time tdifferent from the predetermined period of time tand obtained so as to include the target tissue in the subject, in order to calculate the displacement of a probe by obtaining vectors along in the center line directions of a plurality of ultrasonic beams and carrying out an operation to synthesize the obtained vectors. |
