PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connection member capable of improving durability and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An electrical connection member 1 comprises: an insulating substrate 11 in which a plurality of through holes 11X penetrated in a thickness direction are formed; and an insulation layer 12 which is formed so as to cover a first surface 11A of the insulating substrate 11 and formed at a position where a plurality through holes 12X penetrated in a thickness direction face the through holes 11X. Further, the electrical connection member 1 is formed in the through holes 11X and the through holes 12X and has a plurality of linear conductors 13 which penetrate through the insulating substrate 11 and the insulation layer 12 in the thickness direction. The insulation layer 12 has a modulus of elasticity lower than that of the insulating substrate 11. In addition, one end part 13C of the linear conductors 13 is protruded from a first surface 12A of the insulation layer 12. |
