The present invention relates to a subway seat reservation system capable of making a reservation in accordance with the boarding order on a subway vehicle, thereby enabling a fair reservation of the subway regardless of age and gender. The system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display device to display a reservation screen to select a destination station of a subway line on a touch screen; and a seat reservation unit to determine a route by using the selected destination station and the current station, map a vehicle number of vehicles connected to the subway where the current users is on board, compare a route of a preregistered seat reservation user with the route of the user based on the vehicle number and display available seats and station names.
