PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sterilize a cell culture device efficiently.SOLUTION: Hydrogen peroxide solution and compressed air are sprayed into a vaporization chamber (16c), sprayed hydrogen peroxide solution is heated to boiling point or higher and completely vaporized by heating means arranged in a vaporization chamber (16c). Then, after at least an operation section (3) which performs a culture operation of cells, culture sections (4a,4b) which culture the cells, and a carry in/out storage section (2) for carrying in/out materials and tools are sterilized by spraying the solution, cell culture is started. |
