The present invention relate to a method for designing a dental prosthesis, a device therefor, and a medium for recording the same. According to the method for designing the dental prosthesis, a prosthesis is digitally designed by making a prediction of possible pain spots caused by putting on the prosthesis, based on a pain spot distribution model built up on much data. Therefore, accuracy in the prediction for pain spots increases, and quick design of the prosthesis more fittable to a patient is possible as well.
