A mobile communication system is proposed wherein a mobile station device transmits periodically to a base station device information on the quantity of transmission signal sequences and information on receipt quality calculated in accordance with the quantity of transmission signal sequences. When the signal of quantity/quality of transmission signal sequences cannot be transmitted periodically, it is possible to find out what quantity of transmission signal sequences is a receipt quality information relative to receipt performed immediately after that, so that the base station device can perform appropriate distribution of communication resources. The mobile communication system includes a feedback information control unit (65) that generates feedback information including receipt quality information, transmission signal pretreatment information, and information on quantity of transmission signal sequences; and a radio transmission unit (51) that transmits feedback information generated periodically to the base station device. When the information on quantity of transmission signal sequences is not transmitted with the communication resource distributed periodically to transmit information on quantity of signal sequences transmitted from the base station device, the radio transmission unit (51) transmits transmission signal sequence information to the base station device by means of the next communication resource that can transmit feedback information distributed by the base station device.
