The present invention is provides an apparatus for enriching -aminobutyric acid to restrict a temperature fluctuation of hot wet air, so as to regulate a -aminobutyric acid enrichment process of grains and stabilize the quality of the finished grins. The apparatus comprises: a tank storing grains; and a hot wet air generation unit having a humidification unit humidifying air. The apparatus has a circulation path which supplies the wet hot air to the tank from the hot wet air generation unit, heats and humidifies the grains stored in the tank by the hot wet air, and discharges the hot wet air heating and humidifying the grains from the tank, so as to circulate the discharged air to the hot wet air generation unit. The humidification unit uses steam and a water supply unit to supply humidity to the hot wet air supplied to the tank is installed in a downstream side of the humidification unit. |
