The present invention relates to a vibration suppression device for an excavator, to measure and suppress a vibration and an impact generated during operating the excavator in real-time, with a detachable configuration between various attachments for the excavator and an arm of the excavator. According to the present invention, the vibration suppression device for the excavator comprises: a first frame provided with an excavator arm binding unit; a second frame provided with an excavator attachment binding unit; a vibration sensor unit to measure a vibration level generated during operating the excavator; a variable-type damper to connect the first frame and the second frame; and a controller to adjust a damping value of the variable-type damper based on the vibration level measured by the vibration sensor unit.
