PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for the effective and safe prevention, recovery, improvement or deterioration-recurrence prevention of various kinds of inflammatory diseases caused by the PAF operating receptor bonding of PAF.SOLUTION: There are provided a biotinylated peptide compound which is produced by adding biotin to a peptide having an amino acid sequence of Tyr-Lys-Asp-Gly, Tyr-Lys-Asp-Lys-Glu or Tyr-Lys-Gly-Lys, and is bound to a platelet-activating factor (PAF) and lyso PAF to inhibit the PAF-operating receptor bonding of PAF; and an anti-inflammatory disease agent containing the biotinylated peptide compound as an active ingredient. |
