PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter circuit capable of attaining both high-speed properties and large-current capacitance properties.SOLUTION: In an inverter circuit 1, a plurality of switching sections have the same configuration. For example, a switching section 20 includes: a first MOSFET 21 receiving a control voltage; second and third MOSFETs 22 and 23 connected in series to each other, the series circuit of the second and third MOSFETs 22 and 23 being connected in parallel to the first MOSFET 21 and the second MOSFET 22 receiving the control voltage; and a current sensor 24 detecting a current flowing through the second and third MOSFETs 22 and 23 and the first MOSFET 21. When the current sensor 24 detects that a current more than or equal to a predetermined current value flows through the first MOSFET 21, the third MOSFET 23 becomes an on-state. |
