PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving machine capable of safely performing paving work without impairing work efficiency by continuously paying attention to a monitor for monitoring the inside of a hopper.SOLUTION: Cameras 14L, 14R and arithmetic processing means composed within a control box 10 configure person detection means, a size and a motion of a moving object in a captured image are calculated and the presence/absence of a person inside of a hopper 6 is discriminated on the basis of the calculated size and movements for several seconds in the past. The arithmetic processing means also configures operation prohibition means, and in the case where a person is detected by the person detection means, operation of conveyors 7L, 7R is prohibited. The arithmetic processing means further configures warning means, and in the case where a person is detected by the person detection means, a warning is issued to an operator. |
