PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface shape identification system that embosses a surface to perform division evaluation of a surface shape of a product having light diffusion property.SOLUTION: Random three dimensional surface shape measurement is executed in a large area, and a histogram of an inclination angle of a minute region is created with data, and thereby a collective characteristic of a random shape is expressed. Surface unevenness is subjected to division evaluation on a constant reference surface, and by the division evaluation, association with an industrial manufacturing method, such as change based on the lapse of time at a place of a mat roll, is evaluated. |
