The purpose of the present invention is to allow emotions such as those of a user feeling "I want to feel like this" and "I want to do this" to be reflected in playing back content and also to easily set that emotion and output the same as objective information. This content playback device (1) is provided with: a content analysis unit (13) that calculates a unique emotional value on the basis of characteristic values in the content that are unique to the content; a musical mood controller (11) that inputs a relative adjustment quantity for adjusting the emotional value; a content adjustment and playback unit (14) that adjusts and plays back content according to the relative adjustment quantity input; and an integrated emotional value output unit (15) that adjusts the unique emotional value according to the relative adjustment quantity input and calculates and outputs an integrated emotional value. |
