PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm not only whether positional information is included in an image file but also a measurement method of the positional information.SOLUTION: Positioning information of an image file is analyzed and it is determined whether a positioning system indicating a measurement method of positional information is described. Furthermore, when it is determined that the positioning system is described, the type of the positioning system is determined. An icon for discriminating the presence/absence of the positioning system and the type of the positioning system is then displayed while being superimposed on a thumbnail of an image indicated by the corresponding image file. |
