The holder has a quick connector (3) that is provided with clutch elements (26,13) with axial through-holes (5,20). One clutch element is displaced from a locking position in a direction transverse to an axial direction (6). The through-holes are connected with each other, when an edge (24) of through-hole (20) is engaged with an undercut portion (D) of a terminal end (A) of an instrument shaft. The terminal end is freely passed through the through-holes, if through-holes are aligned with each other by integrally connecting clutch elements by a spring bridge (15). An independent claim is included for the holder combination structure.
