The present invention relates to a test chart-forming method, device and program as well as a test chart and an image correction method. By acquiring the image data corresponding to an image (72) and performing an evaluation prior to the regular output of the image (72), quantitative evaluation of robustness with respect to streaking and/or the intensity of streaking is performed. On the basis of the results of the quantitative evaluation, at least one specified site (76) of low robustness and/or specified site (76) of high intensity is extracted from the image region (70). On the basis of the color and position of each extracted specified site (76), the color scheme and layout of at least one test image (20) on a test chart (22) is determined. |
