The utility model provides a positioning structure of a vehicle inner decoration component. The positioning structure can reliably block a positioning hole by utilizing a sealing part when the protruded direction of the positioning structure is inclined relative to the through direction of the positioning hole. The positioning structure is characterized by comprising a positioning pin, a vertically arranged rib and the sealing part, wherein the positioning pin locates an upper plate on a vehicle door inner plate by penetrating the positioning hole; the vertically arranged rib is vertically arranged towards the vehicle door inner plate from the opposite surface; and the sealing part blocks the positioning hole from the inner side of a carriage and supported on the inner side of the carriage through the vertically arranged rib. The positioning pin is towards the side of the vehicle door inner plate to descend downwards.
