The present invention relates to the use of a combination comprising zonisamide and at least one compound chosen from the group of dyphylline, tadalafil, argatroban, acamprosate, cinacalcet, terbinafine, cilostazol, baclofen, phenformin, amlodipine and sulfisoxazole, or salts thereof for producing a drug for treating Alzheimer's disease. The invention also relates to the use of a combination comprising zonisamide and at least one compound chosen from the group of dyphylline, tadalafil, argatroban, acamprosate, cinacalcet, terbinafine, cilostazol, baclofen, phenformin, amlodipine and sulfisoxazole, or salts thereof for producing a drug for neuroprotection from Abeta peptide toxicity in a subject suffering from Alzheimer's disease. |
