摘要 The present invention provides a method for uniformly manufacturing and providing foamed ceramics with high physical properties in order to satisfy actual needs. When basalt-based igneous rock powder containing 33 to 55 wt% of silicon dioxide is used, the basalt-based igneous rock powder is heated together with uniformly mixed foaming material powder, and is foamed at a temperature which is selected between a glass transition point and a melting point and at which a mixture becomes a molten taffy state. When boiled barley stone powder containing 55 to 70 wt% of silicon dioxide is used, 5 to 20 wt% of glass frit or a raw material containing sodium components equivalent to that of the glass frit is added to the stone powder, the mixture is heated together with uniformly mixed foaming agent powder, and the mixture is foamed in a taffy state at a temperature between a glass transition point and a melting point. Strong infrared radiation is used as a heating means, corresponding mixed materials before being heated and foamed are formed in a thin planar shape in order to previously make an upper surface have a concave surface, or are formed in a conical planar shape in order to previously make a side surface become enlarged upwards, and are then heated and foamed afterwards. In addition, the corresponding mixed materials before being heated and foamed are put in a container with higher heat resistance than that of the materials, and are heated and foamed, so a product is manufactured in each container without being released from a mold after cooling, or is manufactured by mixing a finely cut fiber made of a material with higher heat resistance than that of the product with the corresponding mixed materials before being heated and foamed.
