A waste-liquid conveying section (97) conveys liquid to the waste-liquid tank (99). A first casing (1a) holds the liquid ejecting head (9), the first-tank mount section (70), and the liquid conveying section (72). A second casing (1b) holds the supporting section (48), the receiving section (90), the waste-liquid tank (99), and the waste-liquid conveying section (97). The first casing (1a) is connected with the second casing (1b) such that the first casing (1a) is movable relative to the second casing (1b). The first casing (1a) takes a first position at which the ejection surface (10a) confronts the supporting section (48) and a second position at which the ejection surface (1a) is farther away from the supporting section (48) than at the first position. |
