PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which outputs a document in a predetermined format for each user which can be a distribution destination when the document is output.SOLUTION: Reception means of an image processing apparatus receives a document to be distributed, selection means selects a distribution destination of the document received by the reception means, extraction means extracts a format of the document received by the distribution destination selected by the selection means from a storage means which stores a user which can be the distribution destination and a corresponding format of the document received by the user, and output means outputs an image of the document received by the reception means according to the format of the document extracted by the extraction means. |
