PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new load changer.SOLUTION: A load changer 3001 comprises a variable phase shifter. The variable phase shifter comprises: a first port P1 to which a signal is input; a second port P2 from which the signal is output; a third port P3 to which a first variable impedance 3021 is connected; and a fourth port P4 to which a second variable impedance 3022 is connected. The variable phase shifter changes the phase of a signal input from the first port P1 according to the first variable impedance 3021 and the second variable impedance 3022. The first variable impedance 3021 and second variable impedance 3022 are provided to be able to adjust the impedance difference between the first variable impedance and second variable impedance. Adjusting the impedance difference changes the load between the first port P1 and second port P2. |
