PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit the content of a request from a client to a terminal of a respondent.SOLUTION: A server 100 comprises: request content information reception means that receives request content information including the content of a request related to photographing from a client terminal; determination means that specifies a photographing point and request importance based on the request content information, and determines a search range of a response terminal based on the specified photographing point and request importance; and transmission means that transmits photographing request information based on the request content information to a response terminal in the search range determined by the determination means. |
