PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a floor, which has superior scratch resistance, especially has superior scratch resistance under a high load condition without deteriorating impact resistance and contamination resistance thereof, and prevents a solvent from remaining in a surface protective layer, and to provide a decorative material for a floor.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 1 for a floor comprises: at least a transparent resin layer 6; a first surface protective layer 8; and a second surface protective layer 9, which are stacked on a substrate sheet 3 in this order. The first surface protective layer 8 has a layer thickness of 5-20 μm and a Martens hardness of 40-100 N/mm, the second surface protective layer 9 has a layer thickness of 5-20 μm and a Martens hardness of 110-160 N/mm, and the total of the layer thickness of the first surface protective layer 8 and the layer thickness of the second surface protective layer 9 is 20-40 μm. |
