The present utility model discloses a portable folding table comprising a first table top half and a second table top half adapted to be mated side by side, each table top half having a top surface and an undersurface, integral spaced brackets attached at said table top undersurface, said spaced brackets protruding inwardly from the mating sides of each table top halves, said spaced bracket of the first table top half provided with outwardly projecting lock hinges at the ends thereof, said spaced bracket of the second table top half provided with inwardly projecting lock hinges at the ends thereof, said undersurface of the table top halves provided with support braces and a lattice-work of diagonal molded reinforcing ribs, said second table top half provided with a pair of support flanges protruding inwardly from the mating side thereof in alignment with a pair of slits provided on the mating side of said first table top half, a leg assembly supporting said table top, said leg assembly connected to said table top halves through said lock hinges, said leg assembly comprising a first pair of parallel legs and a second pair of parallel legs pivotally connected to each other at the middle portion thereof, each pair of parallel legs connected and supported by support braces at the lower ends thereof, wherein said first and second pairs of parallel legs have diagonally formed foot portions such that said foot portions lay flat on the floor when said legs are unfolded, said foot portions having a bottom surface formed with grooves to provide non-slip contact with the floor. |
