The present invention relates to a pillow, and more specifically, to a pillow including a cooling/warming function. The cooling/warming pillow (10) comprises: a lower body (11) which is disposed below the center of the cooling/warming pillow (10); an upper body (12) which is connected to the lower body and disposed above the lower body from the perspective of the center of the cooling/warming pillow (10); a zipper (13) which extends from the center of the cooling/warming pillow (10) and joins the lower body (11) and the upper body (12); a cooling/warming pack arranging groove (14) which is disposed at an upper end of the lower body (11) of the cooling/warming pillow (10) and includes a groove formed inwardly; a waterproof sheet (15) which covers an upper portion of the lower body (11) from the outer circumference of the cooling/warming pack arranging groove of the lower body (11) of the cooling/warming pillow (10); a coolness/warmth delivery unit (16) which delivers coolness/warmth to an upper portion of the upper body (12) of the cooling/warming pillow (10); and a cooling/heating pack (20) which goes inside the cooling/warming pack arranging groove (14) of the lower body (11) of the cooling/warming pillow (10). The cooling/warming pillow of the present invention can be used without electrical cords and easily managed through the zipper, and can be used for both cooling and warming. |
