The present invention relates to a health beverage containing tribulus terrestris with an improved bitter taste. According to the present invention, cyclodextrin and a fruit concentrated fruit juice are added to a beverage containing tribulus terrestris of high concentration to improve a bitter taste. In addition, 0.1-5% rate of tribulus terrestris extract powder is inserted in advance, and 5-30% of cyclodextrin is uniformly mixed to purified water under conditions of 70-75 deg. C. Thereafter, after a temperature is increased to 80-85 deg. C, 5-25% of a concentrated green grape juice, 0.5-5% of a concentrated chokeberry juice, and 0.5-5% of honey are added thereto, purified water is added to allow a final amount to be 100%. Therefore, a step of forming a tribulus terrestris health beverage is completed. |
